First Nonprofit Group (FNG) will be an exhibitor at the 2015 Alliance for Nevada Nonprofits’ (ANN) Regional Conference for Nonprofits in Las Vegas this spring. The conference is a two day affair from March 12-13 at The Center, where First Nonprofit will have a booth available both days to share its valuable information about alternative state unemployment insurance options.
ANN is an association whose mission is to improve and strengthen the communities in Nevada by providing support and resources to their nonprofit organization members within the state. First Nonprofit and ANN partnered back in 2013 to help nonprofits save money on their unemployment costs and put back any savings toward their missions.
This year’s ANN conference is unique because it has two track options for attendees. The first track is geared toward new nonprofit organizations, focusing on the “nuts ‘n bolts” for nonprofit foundation and success. The second option will attract older, more experienced nonprofit organizations to share new innovations to help continue success in the future.
No matter how many years it has been since your organization was established, attendees from all nonprofits can learn extensively about how to save on state unemployment insurance in Nevada by stopping by the First Nonprofit booth. Beth Quynh, the FNG Regional Salesperson for the region, will be on site to answer any and every question nonprofits may have about the programs offered by FNG. First Nonprofit’s unemployment programs have typically saved their Nevada nonprofit clients 40-60% off their unemployment tax costs. The services offered by FNG ensure that organizations have the funds on hand to compensate unemployment claims, while also freeing up money to be used in other areas of operations.
NYCON members who use First Nonprofit’s programs enjoy enduring savings and improved efficiency. Our association knows that success, because from the beginning, we achieved the same great benefits. Great savings, seamless technology, and responsive service. NYCON highly recommends First Nonprofit’s remarkable unemployment solutions.
We were introduced to First Nonprofit through another housing authority. In our analysis and comparison to what we were paying the State, our first year savings was $5,800 plus. We have been with them since the end of 2008 and I am glad we have been. I consider them an arm of our HR department.
Because INCS advocates for the operating conditions that allow charter public schools to provide high quality public education, partnering with First Nonprofit was an easy decision. First Nonprofit’s unemployment programs provide our member schools two operating elements crucial to their ability to provide high quality public education: savings and budget certainty. Capable, committed teachers are the key to student success. By participating in the unemployment insurance savings plan, charter public schools gain peace of mind and are able to invest more money in their teachers.
Throughout our membership in the Unemployment Savings Program, First Nonprofit understood our demands, community dynamics, and the importance of seamless services; that allowed us to serve our constituents better.
