Meet the Staff- Sandra Taylor

Meet our newest team member. Sandra Taylor. Sandra is a motivated person who loves a challenge. Her previous employment was in the banking industry as a research analyst in the loan department for many years. Sandra attributes her success to my ability to multitask. After that chapter of her career closed, she decided to try something outside her comfort zone. Sandra was drawn back to the accounting aspect of employment, which lead her to First Nonprofit, where there are different personalities and learning styles.
What Sandra likes most about First Nonprofit is the company’s size and the welcoming of her peers. She believes that her extensive training is rooted in the company’s values.
In her leisure time, she enjoys puzzles and game night with family and friends.

Because INCS advocates for the operating conditions that allow charter public schools to provide high quality public education, partnering with First Nonprofit was an easy decision. First Nonprofit’s unemployment programs provide our member schools two operating elements crucial to their ability to provide high quality public education: savings and budget certainty. Capable, committed teachers are the key to student success. By participating in the unemployment insurance savings plan, charter public schools gain peace of mind and are able to invest more money in their teachers.
