New Partner: New Mexico Thrives

We are proud to announce the endorsement of First Nonprofit’s (FNP) unemployment insurance programs by New Mexico Thrives. Founded by Tsiporah Nephesh, their mission is to advocate for the New Mexico nonprofit sector and to promote, strengthen and connect individual organizations.

“The reason New Mexico Thrives is excited to partner with FNP is the potential to help nonprofit employers save money while maintaining adequate coverage. Nonprofits want to do the right thing and be responsible employers, but sometimes find the many demands challenging to the budget. I hope to see many nonprofits maximize their funds by taking advantage of FNP programs,” said Tsiporah.

We look forward to helping our newest partner and its members save money on their State Unemployment Insurance costs and free up funding that can be used in other areas of operation to strengthen nonprofits in New Mexico.

Because INCS advocates for the operating conditions that allow charter public schools to provide high quality public education, partnering with First Nonprofit was an easy decision. First Nonprofit’s unemployment programs provide our member schools two operating elements crucial to their ability to provide high quality public education: savings and budget certainty. Capable, committed teachers are the key to student success. By participating in the unemployment insurance savings plan, charter public schools gain peace of mind and are able to invest more money in their teachers.
